Legal & administrative process and patience

Dependence on the legal and administrative system: The client understands and agrees that the pace and outcome of any legal advice, notice, litigation or mediation depends entirely on the existing legal, judicial and administrative procedures of Bangladesh (or the relevant country). Obtaining a remedy may therefore take a reasonable amount of time, during which the applicant will exercise due patience and not create undue pressure.

Special undertaking regarding fees and processing

Voluntary consent: I/We voluntarily and knowingly, without any undue influence, coercion or misrepresentation, agree to pay the agreed service fee. The retainer/consultation fee paid is strictly non-refundable. I/We shall not raise any objection or claim regarding this before any court, tribunal or authority in future.

* Incidental costs: government fees, court fees, translation, notarisation or other administrative costs are borne separately by the client.
