Alternative DisputeResolution (ADR)

Settle disputes faster, privately and on fair terms — without the courtroom. Whatever the dispute — family, business, financial, employment or divorce — Legal All in One helps both sides reach an effective, binding and confidential resolution through mediation and arbitration.

Our commitment

Ready at every stage of the dispute

Regardless of the type or stage of the dispute — whether it is initial discussions, a breach of contract, a debt settlement, or a matter already pending in court — our institution is always prepared to strive for an effective and equitable resolution.

What you can count on

Clear terms, binding outcomes

Every ADR matter runs on the same four standards, agreed by both sides before we begin.

01

Universal applicability

Open to any party involved — individuals and organisations, domestic and foreign investors, creditors and debtors alike.

02

Equal cost sharing

All costs of the mediation or arbitration process are borne equally by both parties.

03

Final & binding decision

Both parties are bound to accept and implement the outcome; it cannot be objected to or challenged in any court or other forum.

04

Strict confidentiality

All information and every decision are kept completely confidential.

Where ADR helps

Disputes we help resolve

If your matter falls in any of these areas, ADR can often settle it faster and more privately than litigation.

01

Matrimonial, family & divorce

Separation, maintenance, custody and family settlements handled with discretion.

02

Commercial & business contracts

Breach of contract, partnership and supplier disputes between companies.

03

Debt recovery, financial & banking

Debt settlements and financial disputes between creditors and debtors.

04

Employment & labour

Disputes between employers and employees over terms, dues or separation.

05

Investment disputes

Disagreements involving domestic and foreign investors.

06

Real estate

Property, land and tenancy disputes resolved without a drawn-out suit.

How it works

From request to binding settlement

A clear, four-step path — both parties know the terms before anything begins.

  1. 01

    Submit your matter

Tell us the parties, the nature of the dispute and what you are seeking. We review it and confirm ADR is a fit.

  2. 02

    Agree the standard terms

Both sides accept the binding terms — equal cost sharing, a final outcome and strict confidentiality — and the choice of applicable law.

  3. 03

    Mediation or arbitration

A neutral session (or sessions) works both parties toward an effective and equitable resolution.

  4. 04

    Final, binding outcome

The decision is documented and implemented; it cannot be re-opened in any court or other forum.

Binding standard terms

By submitting, both parties agree to the binding standard terms of ADR:

  • ✓Equal cost sharing — costs are shared equally by both parties.
  • ✓Finality & binding nature — the final outcome is accepted and will not be challenged in any court or forum.
  • ✓Strict confidentiality — all proceedings remain strictly confidential.
  • ✓Choice of applicable law — governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
  • ✓Conflict of interest — parties will disclose any conflict of interest.

This is an expression of interest — the formal ADR agreement is signed separately. We reply within working hours.

Q01

What is the difference between mediation and arbitration?

In mediation a neutral helps both parties reach their own agreement. In arbitration a neutral hears both sides and issues a decision. Both run under our standard ADR terms and stay confidential.

Q02

Is the outcome really binding?

Yes. Both parties agree in advance to accept and implement the final outcome, and not to challenge it in any court or other forum.

Q03

Who pays for the process?

Costs are shared equally by both parties, agreed up front before the process begins.

Q04

Can foreign parties use this?

Yes. ADR is open to any party involved, including domestic and foreign investors, and creditors or debtors based abroad.

Q05

Will it stay confidential?

Completely. All information exchanged and every decision reached are kept strictly confidential.

Q06

We already have a case in court — is it too late?

Not necessarily. ADR can be pursued at any stage of a dispute, including a matter already pending in court.
