Who we are

This website, legalallinone.com, is operated by Legal All in One, a legal services platform based at Level 17, Nasir Uddin Tower, 104/1 Bir Uttam Shamsul Alam Road, Kakrail, Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh ("we", "us", "the firm"). Legal services are provided by advocates enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council and by advisers working with them.

Information, not advice

The content of this website, including service descriptions, practice-area summaries, FAQs and articles, is general information about the law and about our services. It is not legal advice, does not take account of your circumstances, and may not reflect the most recent changes in law.

Nothing on this website creates a lawyer-client relationship. That relationship arises only when we have confirmed engagement in writing, usually by an engagement letter setting out the scope of work and the fee.

Requests sent through the website

When you send a consultation request, an application form, an ADR expression of interest or a document-review request, you confirm that the information you give is true to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to share it.

Sending a request does not oblige us to accept the matter. We may decline a matter, including where there is a conflict of interest, and we will tell you if we do. Until we confirm engagement, please do not send original documents or treat any deadline as being handled by us.

• Do not send information about a matter in which we already act for another party.
• Please use the channels we list (form, phone, WhatsApp, email); we cannot guarantee that messages sent elsewhere will reach us.

Fees and engagement

Fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Government fees, court fees, visa-centre fees, notarial and ministry charges, courier costs and similar disbursements are shown separately from our professional fee and are payable in addition to it.

Any success-based or funded arrangement is offered only where the professional conduct rules of the Bangladesh Bar Council and the law of the relevant jurisdiction permit, and only under a written engagement letter.

No guarantees of outcome

We do not guarantee the outcome of any matter, including visa decisions, immigration or residency applications, court cases, arbitration, mediation, regulatory approvals or asset recovery. Decisions rest with the relevant court, tribunal, embassy, authority or counterparty.

Timelines stated on this website are indicative and depend on the authority concerned and the facts of your matter.

Your use of the website

You may view, download and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy our content for republication, scrape the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose, including any purpose that contravenes the Cyber Security Ordinance or other laws of Bangladesh.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this website, from interruption or unavailability of the website, or from errors in content that we have not been engaged to advise on. This does not limit our liability to clients under a written engagement, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes, law and jurisdiction

We may update these terms at any time by publishing a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website.
